When you apply for a trade account or place an order, we collect personal information including your name, company name, email address, phone number, VAT number, and physical address. We also collect transactional data related to your orders and account activity.

We use your information to process and fulfil your orders, manage your trade account, send order confirmations and invoices, and communicate with you about your account or products. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. POPIA Compliance

Your data is stored on secure servers within South Africa. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain your login state and cart. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as required by South African tax and commercial law (generally 5 years for transactional records). Inactive accounts may be deleted after 3 years of inactivity.

We use third-party services for payment processing and email delivery. These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
